Rushal Garg – IFS Officer

Rushal Garg , a member of the 2018 batch of the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS), was among the officers who attended a significant AGMUT cadre gathering hosted by Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh in New Delhi.
